| Welcome to the Capital Cheer All Star program! Home of the Cougars! Our mission at Capital Cheer All Star is to enrich the lives of the athletes and their families through the sport of competitive cheerleading. Our athletes will learn the value of commitment, hard work, integrity, leadership, self confidence, self-discipline, respect, having a positive attitude, while training to be among the top athletes in the nation and a love for the sport! Athletes will also learn that although winning is a positive experience, in all team members it is not guaranteed.
