Carlos Vasquez Head Coach for Men's Gymnastics
Carlos is our Head Coach for the men's gymnastics program at Capital
Gymnastics... With many years of experience in the training of high
level men and young boy gymnasts (Future Stars) Carlos has kept with
the success of training and helping gymnasts achieve their goals.
Carlos has had a helping hand in the training of some of the very best
in our nation such as Justin Spring who spent many years with Carlos.
Justin is on the Olympic USA Men's Gymnastics team 2008. In
addition many other very talented and dedicated gymnasts who have
moved on to NCAA.
