General Information about Capital Cheer All Stars:
|
Our cheer teams practice year-round, beginning in MAY with registration and team placement. The competitive season will
begin as early as November and end in April.
Unlike high school, which competes against squads based on their school size and class, cheerleading teams under the
USASF allow teams to compete based on their appropriate age and skill level only! This creates a fair playing field for
everyone!
The U.S All Star Federation is the governing body for non-school related cheerleading programs. The USASF regulates the
skills that athletes are able to perform at each level.
Our cheer and tumble coaches, at Capital Cheer are credentialed by the USASF for skill levels 1-5. We are proud to
abide by the guidelines set forth by the USASF regarding tumbling and stunting.
