| Capital Gymnastics hosts Birthday Parties on Saturdays and Sundays Gratuity for your party coach/coaches is gladly accepted-but not necessary |
| Parties run for 1 1/2 hours and consist of 1 hour of gymnastics on the gym floor with a qualified instructor followed by 1/2 hour in our party room above the office where you may open gifts and serve refreshments. You may arrive 15 minutes before the start of your party to begin setting up the party room (we do not provide any food or supplies) birthday release* The release form is available to print from this site. It is a must for all who are participating. Please return to Capital Gymnastics by the date of the party. |
